Lapse Productions handles trade show video production across Toronto’s convention floors: booth highlights, product demos, on-site interviews, and same-day social cuts that pull attendees to your exhibit. What We Produce

Trade Show Video Production, Four Ways

Four formats cover almost every exhibitor brief. One floor pass can feed all of them.

Highlight reels and recaps

The energy of your booth, your team in action, and attendees engaging with the product. Recap videos power post-show follow-ups and promote your presence at next year’s show.

Live product demonstrations

Your on-site demo, filmed properly, reaches every prospect who never made it to the floor. Pair it with a dedicated product video built before the show for your booth screens.

On-site interviews

Quick, polished interviews with your executives, customers, and guests, captured while the excitement is real. The strongest ones become testimonial videos that sell for years.

Same-day social cuts

Punchy vertical clips edited and delivered while the show runs, built for LinkedIn and Instagram, so attendees see your booth and come find it.

Covering a full conference, keynote, or multi-session program rather than one booth? That is event video production, and it has its own page.

Our Process

How Your Trade Show Video Gets Made

Five steps, two founders watching every one of them. You always know what happens next.

Discovery and brief

We start with the show, the booth, and the goal: leads on the floor, content for the year, or both. Then we confirm scope and budget.

Pre-show planning

We map the shoot schedule around your demos, speaking slots, and VIP visits, and clear venue media rules in advance, so show day holds no surprises.

On the floor

A compact crew works around your booth, capturing demos, interviews, and crowd energy without blocking a single conversation.

Edit and review

Daily social cuts ship while the show runs. The full recap gets colour, sound, and graphics, then two structured revision rounds on Frame.io.

Delivery

Final files in every length and aspect ratio your channels need, while your leads are still warm. You own all of it, outright.

Why Lapse

Why Toronto Exhibitors Choose Lapse Productions

A trade show booth has a three-day lifespan. The video is what makes it last: proof for the prospects who never reached the floor, follow-up content for the ones who did, and promotion for next year’s show.

We are chameleons: any booth, any industry, any show. We film regularly for manufacturing, healthcare, and education and e-learning exhibitors, and trade show coverage is one part of our full video production services in Toronto.

Founder-led delivery

Dario and Kyrill, the co-founders, run every project personally, from the first call through final delivery. No account managers, no handoffs. Meet the team.

Convention centre fluency

We shoot the Metro Toronto Convention Centre, the Enercare Centre, and the International Centre all year. Load-in logistics, tricky lighting, and venue rules are solved before we arrive.

Small footprint, clean audio

Compact rigs keep the aisles clear, while directional boom mics and wireless lavaliers pull clean voices out of a loud hall. Your interviews cut right through the noise.

Built for show speed

Trade show content dates fast. Same-day and next-day edits go out while attendees are still walking the floor, and the recap ships while your leads still remember the booth.

Answers

Frequently Asked Questions

The questions we get asked most about trade show video, answered straight.

How much does trade show video production cost in Toronto?

Most trade show video projects at Lapse Productions land between $3,410 and $8,000, driven by the number of show days and the deliverables: a single recap video sits at the low end, while daily social cuts plus multi-camera session coverage sits higher. There are no fixed packages: you set the scope and we quote our itemized rates against it. Our video production pricing page shows the full rate card, and our guide to what a video costs explains what moves the number.

Can you edit and deliver videos while the trade show is still running?

Yes. We can shoot your booth in the morning and deliver a vertical social clip the same afternoon, built to pull attendees to your exhibit while the doors are still open. Same-day teasers and next-day edits are standard add-ons on our rate card.

Will the crew get in the way of our sales team?

No. We work fly-on-the-wall with compact, mobile rigs, capturing demos and candid moments without blocking aisles or interrupting conversations. Your team sells; we stay out of the way.

Can you record clean audio on a loud show floor?

Yes, it is one of our specialties. We never rely on in-camera microphones. Wireless lavalier mics sit close to each speaker and directional boom mics isolate voices from the crowd, so your interviews and demos come through clearly.

Can you film our keynote or panel session as well as the booth?

Yes. If your executives are speaking at a keynote or breakout session, we provide multi-camera coverage of the full session alongside the booth shoot. Conference-wide coverage is its own service: see our event video production page for that scope.

We are an out-of-town company exhibiting in Toronto. Can you cover our booth?

Yes, and it is a large share of our trade show work. International and out-of-province exhibitors hire us as their local crew at venues like the MTCC, and we handle the on-the-ground logistics end to end. We also travel: shows across the GTA, Ontario, and North America are all in range.
