How long does the video production process take?
On average, a project takes 1–2 weeks from the day our videographers wrap up shooting to final delivery. However, we know business moves fast. If you have a tight deadline, please let us know in the form—we offer Rush Order services to get your video done faster.
I already have footage. Can you just edit it for me?
Absolutely. We often help clients who have existing footage but need a professional touch to pull it all together. We can also send a professional Toronto videographer to shoot raw footage for you to hand off to your internal team if preferred.
Do I own the rights to my video?
Yes. Once the video production process is completed and paid for, 100% of the video rights are transferred to you. You can use the final product on your website, social media, ads, or TV without any recurring licensing fees.
Do you help with scriptwriting, location scouting, and hiring actors?
Yes, we are a full-service video production agency. While a standard videographer might just show up to press record, our team handles everything from pre-production (strategy, scriptwriting, and storyboarding) to casting and location scouting. We ensure every detail is planned before the cameras even roll.
Do you offer drone videography and 4K video production?

How many revisions are included in your video production process?
We want you to be absolutely thrilled with your final product. Standard video production packages include up to two rounds of revisions. This allows you to review the initial edit from our videographers, provide feedback, and ensure the final cut perfectly aligns with your brand’s vision.
What if I don’t know exactly what type of video I need?
